fix(readme): switch from embed script to SVG <img> tags GitHub's README sanitizer strips both <script> tags and the engive-github-widget divs entirely, so the previous embed-based approach rendered the section headings but produced empty content under them. Local testing on localhost masked this because the script runs freely there.
